Blurb of the Books

1. To All the boys I’ve loved before:

Lara Jean’s love life gets complicated in this New York Times bestselling “lovely, lighthearted romance” (School Library Journal) from the bestselling author of The Summer I Turned Pretty series.

What if all the crushes you ever had found out how you felt about them…all at once?

Sixteen-year-old Lara Jean Song keeps her love letters in a hatbox her mother gave her. They aren’t love letters that anyone else wrote for her; these are ones she’s written. One for every boy she’s ever loved—five in all. When she writes, she pours out her heart and soul and says all the things she would never say in real life, because her letters are for her eyes only. Until the day her secret letters are mailed, and suddenly, Lara Jean’s love life goes from imaginary to out of control.

2. P.S I still love you:

In this highly anticipated sequel to the “lovely, lighthearted” (School Library Journal) New York Times bestselling To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, Lara Jean still has letters to write and even more to lose when it comes to love.

Lara Jean didn’t expect to really fall for Peter.

She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren’t. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever.

When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean’s feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?

In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times bestseller To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that’s part of what makes it so amazing.

3. Always and forever, Lara Jean:

Lara Jean’s letter-writing days aren’t over in this surprise follow-up to the bestselling To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and P.S. I Still Love You.

Lara Jean is having the best senior year a girl could ever hope for. She is head over heels in love with her boyfriend, Peter; her dad’s finally getting remarried to their next door neighbor, Ms. Rothschild; and Margot’s coming home for the summer just in time for the wedding.

But change is looming on the horizon. And while Lara Jean is having fun and keeping busy helping plan her father’s wedding, she can’t ignore the big life decisions she has to make. Most pressingly, where she wants to go to college and what that means for her relationship with Peter. She watched her sister Margot go through these growing pains. Now Lara Jean’s the one who’ll be graduating high school and leaving for college and leaving her family—and possibly the boy she loves—behind.

When your heart and your head are saying two different things, which one should you listen to?

About the Author:

Jenny Han is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series, now a Netflix movie. She is also the author of The Summer I Turned Pretty series, Shug, and Clara Lee and the Apple Pie Dream. She is the coauthor of the Burn for Burn trilogy, with Siobhan Vivian. Her books have been published in more than thirty languages. A former librarian, Jenny earned her MFA in creative writing at the New School. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.

My take on the book:

“If love is like a possession, maybe my letter are like my exorcisms” – Jenny Han,To all the boys I’ve loved before.

Book 1: To all the boys I’ve loved before is about Lara Jean Covey- a teenage girl who writes a love letter to the boys she has loved.she’s written 5 letters in her life totally and never mailed them until one day all of them get sent. One of the letters she writes is for her sister’s ex Josh. to show him that she doesn’t love him, she starts pretending to be dating Peter Kavinsky (another guy she had written the letter to) and how she falls in love with him.

Book 2: P.S I still love you narrated the love story between Lara Jean and Peter. but there’s more to it when John ambrose mcclaren enters with Lara Jean’s letter. Lara Jean is still more confused now as her feelings for John returns with his return to her life. who will she choose? how will her first love story be like?

Book 3: with ‘Always and Forever, Lara Jean’, Lara Jean is back with her perfect life where she has a class trip to New York City, prom with Peter, Beach Week after graduation, and her dad’s wedding to Ms. Rothschild. Just when she thinks its a happily ever afterlife for her, she is up for a piece of unexpected news. What will she choose when her heart and mind’s are saying two different things?

This complete story series is one such adored books of mine which I never can stop thinking of! Every character in the book are so alive and the narration of the teenage love story is brilliant! Sometimes the story made me laugh my heart out 😀 , sometimes it made me cry 😦 , sometimes it made me fall in love ❤ and some other time it made me be heartbroken </3. not just the protagonist story, this series also gave importance to the supporting characters like Lara Jean’s father and her sisters. It also brought in picture different country’s culture and its values and yea Peter is every girl’s dream boy! (but I still have a soft corner in my heart to John though). This definitely was a roller coaster ride love story which I absolutely enjoyed reading and if time permits I will pick it up again for the 2nd time read 😀 ❤

Overall ratings : * * * *

Will I recommend this book?

hell yaaa! but let me warn you, you might fall in love with Peter and try to steal him from Lara jean 😀
